Housefire Incident
The Board of Dicrectors and Landmarc stand ready to assist the affected homeowners after today's fire. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to you and we are most thankful for the quick response by Stafford Stafford County Fire and Rescue.

2026 Pool Hours
5/28/2026 Graduation Weekend Parking Changes
Hello Residents,
In support of our community's 2026 grads and families who are celebrating this wonderful achievement, the Board will suspend towing for most of the community except for the following circumstances:
1) Double Parked in the street or at the dead end of streets. Any vehicle found parked in the street will be removed without notice.
2) Blocking fire hydrants or mailboxes. After the recent house fire, there will be zero tolerance for blocking of hydrants.
3) Parking in the grass anywhere in the community.

Your family and guests may park at the clubhouse from Friday May 29th at 3pm through Monday June 1st at 7am without being towed and no pass is needed. We kindly ask that you be considerate of your other neighbors and do not fill all of the visitor's spaces in front of the buildings. Please utilize the overflow lots or the clubhouse parking lots.

5/12/2026 Pool Pass Information
Potomac Hills Homeowners' Association, Inc. will once again be using CellBadge to register for the pool. This year, ALL homeowners must re-register- even if you were registered last season. Updated pool rules are in effect, and registration requires acknowledgment and acceptance of these rules before access will be granted.

Homeowner's who are not current on dues and are not on a payment plan will not be granted pool passes.
4/29/2026 Found Cell Phone
A good kiddo neighbor has turned in a cell phone that was found outside in the area of the 100-300blk of Kings Crest.
The Board has the cell phone for safe keeping. If it is yours, please contact the board at www.potomachillsva.com/contact-us with a description of the phone.
Thank you to the neighbor for turning it in to a board member for safe keeping!
Parking Pass Information
EVERY vehicle that resides in the home must have a permit regardless of the number of vehicles in the home.

Residents are strictly prohibited from parking in any space marked Visitor. If you have not collected your new passes, please contact the Board. Passes will not be mailed by the management company.
Community Parking Enforcement Changes
Due to ongoing and repeated parking violations within the community including double parking in the roadway, residents in visitor spaces, and blocking of fire hydrants/mailboxes, the Board has authorized the towing vendor to begin patrolling the community 24/7. Vehicles found to be in violation of the parking rules will be removed without notice.
