Trash & Recycling Information

The community's trash vendor, GFL, provides service to the neighborhood once a week. The service day is as follows:

THURSDAY'S- TRASH AND RECYCLE

Neighbors are encouraged to ensure all trash and recycling items are set out at the curbs prior to going to bed the evening before as GFL has a varied schedule on what time they come through the neighborhood. In the event a neighbor misses the pick up for the day, all trash and recycle items must be removed from the streets and curbs with all items being stored in the back yards of the homes.

Trash cans are not permitted in the front of homes. Violations will be left and mailed to homeowner's with items left in front of their homes due to a missed collection.

GFL offers bulk item pickup. Please visit this link for more information about the items GFL will pickup at no charge. Please place items for pickup with your trash can. Any item not picked up by GFL will need to be removed at your expense.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

GFL Environmental has typically ran trucks on most holidays however, GFL will be closed both in office and for service the following holidays:

New Years Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

If our service day falls on the Holiday, collection will occur the day after the Holiday with each collection in that week being one delayed as well. This means if our collection Monday is a Holiday, it will be collected on Tuesday with Thursday's collection occurring on Friday for that week. Please do not leave trash out on the Holiday as the wildlife will scatter the debris throughout the community.
